( A ) 20 Mm Cement Plaster 3 Disposal Of Building Rubbish / Malba / Similar Unserviceable , Dismantled Or Waste Materials By Mechanical Means , Including Loading Trasportation , Unloading To Dumping Ground Or As Approved By Engineer In -Charge , Beyond 50 Metres Initial Lead , For All Leads Including All Lifts Involved 4 Providing And Apply Of Material Based Water Proof Coat ( Rwpc ) Plus Of Chemistic Make Or Equivalent ) , Work Including ( I ) Filling All Visible Cracks 1-5 Mm With The Chemistic Joint Filler Compound ( Or Equivalent ) , ( Ii ) Supply And Applying One Coat Of Chemistic Bitu Sealer ( Or Eqivalent ) As Primer Coat And ( Iii ) Providing And Appplication Of Rwpc Plus Of Chemistic Make Or Equivalent In 2 Coats As Per Standard Procedure As Per The Insruction Of The Engineer In -Charge . 5 Cleaning Of The Surface Of Terrace And Parapet Wall With Mild Acid , Removal Of Dust , Dirt Etc .From The Surface , Cleaning The Surface With Wire Brush To Remove Algae , Fungi, Green Patches Etc .Final Cleaning With High Pressure Water Jet Etc .
