Only Heavy engineering fabricators\rwho have supplied similar items shall quote. Such tenderers shall produce evidence of having supplied the same.\rb. The required raw materials shall be sourced through reputed sources such as M/s SAIL , TISCO, ISP&T,\rISMT, JINDAL, MSL, KALYANI, TATA. Tenderer shall furnish MTC for raw materials including the source c.The\rtenderer should have sufficient qualified welders for manufacturing the columns on time. They shall also produce\rcertificate of qualified welders on their rolls. d. The tenderer shall also submit a detailed QAP as per enclosed on\rreceipt of order. II. Scope of Work for manufacturing and supply of columns: a. Submission of raw material\rprocurement invoices from reputed sources to M/s. RITES. b. Welding sequence plan and selection of welding\relectrodes- E-7018 quality of M/s. Advani/L&T/ESAB. c. Submission of drawings of jigs and fixtures proposed to\rbe used. d. Marking, sizing and surface preparation. e. Preparation of weld joints. f. Welding by qualified welders.\rg. Stress relieving, time temperature graph shall be enclosed. h. Non-destructive testing of weldments. Test\rcertificate shall be enclosed. I. Painting of columns by one coat of red oxide paint followed by two coats of heat\rresistant aluminium paint. j. Dispatch of columns with suitable packing to avoid damage during transit. III.\rInspection by representative of M/s. RWF at firm''s premises
