    Supply Of Procurement Of Contitech Luftfedersysteme Gmbh Make Secondary Suspension Testing Jig., Secondary Suspension Testing Jig As Per Followings:- Assembly And Pressure Test Machine For Air Spring Systems Sek670-24 Leakage Test Machine Shall Work On Decrease In Pressure Drop During Testing Cycle. In Pressure Drop Test, The Air Spring System Under Test Shall Be Pressurized (I.E. Filled With Compressed Air Until It Reaches A Set Pressure), Then Isolated From The Supply Pressure. The Pressure Within The Part Then Monitored Using A Pressure Sensor, And As The Air Leaks Out, The Pressure Drops. The Leak Rate Can Then Be Calculated Based On The Change In Pressure Over A Certain Period Of Time. In Mass Air Flow, The Part Is Also Pressurized, But In This Case The Part Remains Connected To The Supply Pressure. Once An Equilibrium Is Reached And The Pressure Inside The Part Is Stabilized, The Amount Of Gas Flowing In From The Supply Must Be Equal To The Total Leakage Of Gas Out Of The Part. In This Case The Leak Rate Is Measured Directly And No Conversion Is Necessary. Pressure Required For The Test: 6-8 Bar (Line Pressure) Test Pressure: 4.8-5.2 Bar Pressure Drop Specification: Should Not Be More Than 0.15 Bar Type Of Machine : Manual Feeding Size Of Machine : 1250 X 1120 X 900 Mm.
