    Outsourcing The Activities Of Meter Reading And Generating Bills At Nad Sunabeda Odisha , outsourcing labour for meter reading of energy meter ( electronic or analogue type ) and entering in meter reader card provided with meter as well as entering in meter reader book for preparation of bills while collecting monthly meter reading for areas of residential colony , kv school , wet canteen and regimental shops as directed by engineer-in-charge . [ note: one semi skilled person shall be engaged by the contractor for the entire contract period ] qualification: the deployed meter reader should have qualification semi skilled person i . e . high school capable to read and write english & hindi with basic knowledge of computer operation type of electric meters and taking their electricity consumption reading . shifts manpower 0900 to 1700 hrs 01 meter reader ( semi skilled )
