Description:- Jind (B Category) (Platform No.1) Area 926 Sqft - Provision of Deluxe Pay & Use public toilets on\r\"Renovate, Operate, Maintain and Transfer\" (ROMT) basis at railway stations for a concession period of 10 years.\rThese high quality toilets shall be Renovate (if required) by firms at their own costs and shall be operated and\rmaintained by them on 'Pay and Use' basis, with provision for value added services and rights for commercial\radvertisement through glow signboards etc. on the interior and exterior walls (subject to a maximum of 75% of\ravailable surface area) of the building of the Toilet Complex.
