Description:- Tilak Bridge (B) - Provision of Deluxe Pay & Use public toilets on \"Built, Operate and Transfer\" (BOT)\rbasis at railway stations for a concession period of 15 years. These high quality toilets shall be constructed by firms\rat their own costs and shall be operated and maintained by them on 'Pay and Use' basis, with provision for value\radded services and rights for commercial advertisement through glow signboards etc. on the interior and exterior\rwalls (subject to a maximum of 75% of available surface area) of the building of the Toilet Complex
