Description:- Jakhal (D Category) (Platform No.1 DLI end) Area 1242 Sqft - Provision of Deluxe Pay & Use public\rtoilets on \"Renovate, Operate, Maintain and Transfer\" (ROMT) basis at railway stations for a concession period of 10\ryears. These high quality toilets shall be Renovate (if required) by firms at their own costs and shall be operated and\rmaintained by them on 'Pay and Use' basis, with provision for value added services and rights for commercial\radvertisement through glow signboards etc. on the interior and exterior walls (subject to a maximum of 75% of\ravailable surface area) of the building of the Toilet Complex.
