    tender for Casting Of 4 , 100 Nos Of 8 . 00 M ( 140Kg-Wl ) Psc Poles As Per Rec Design Drawing At Thalaivasal Psc Yard , casting of 8 . 00m ( 140kg-wl ) psc poles as per rec design cast in m42 design mix ( rcc 1:1 . 14:2 . 33 ) using ordinary portland cement of 53 grade , 4mm hts wire , 10mm & 12mm machine crushed metal of 50% each ( hbg stone jelly ) and river sand ( sieved ) using the twin mould form boxes including cost of labour charges , for cleaning and fixing of form boxes , stretching and tensioning of hts wires , mixing and conveying and placing of concrete , vibrating , curing in bed for three days ( not less than 72 hours ) , casting and testing of cubes of size 15x15x15cm for ascertaining the strength of concrete for detensioning , cutting of hts wire , removing of bolts & nuts , shifting of poles to the curing tanks for curing and after curing stacking in platform after levelling the stacking yard , painting at top & bottom using anti corrosive paint , cleaning the curing tank and yard including cost of wedge , barrels , bolts , nuts , empty gunnies for covering the poles in bed for 3days , welding electrodes , waste oil , hydraulic jacks , tensioning machines , welding plants , water charges , pvc hose , properly insulated cables for welding and power supply and necessary t&ps for maintaining the yard , testing of poles for its quality for acceptance of supply including cost of keeping the form boxes in proper shape including cost of all materials used , lead , lift etc . , complete at thalaivasal psc yard .
