    tender for Hiring Of Annual Maintenance Contract For Housekeeping And Upkeeping At Bcpl , Lepetkata For A Period Of Two Years ( Part-B ) Please Refer Tender Documents . , payment towards basic minimum wages & vda , services for housekeeping and upkeeping at bcpl , payment against paid annual leave , payment against 03 national holidays & 08 festival holidays , payment against deposition of employee provident fund @ 13% , payment against bonus @8 . 33% , payment against esic@ 3 . 25% , payment against non statutory allowance @ 16% , payment towards 02 sets of uniform , 01 pair of safety shoe , 02 pairs of socks . the same shall be release upon submission of documentary proof against purchase & distribution . , payment towards medical check up ( considering rs 500 / - per worker per year ) , provision of revision of minimum wages , contractors overhead & profit , housekeeping materials @ rs . 30 , 000 / - per month on lump sump basis .
