The Job Also Includes Disposing Off Accumulated Dirt , Dust And Muck Within Colony / Outside Colony Premises As Directed . All The Material Like Scrapper , Brooms , Trolleys Etc Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . , Housekeeping Of All Roads , Badminton Court , Children Play Ground Areas & Other Open Spaces / Areas Alongwith Backside Of All Buildings On Daily Basis . The Job Also Includes Disposing Of Collected Dirt At Nominated Place . All The Material Like Scrapper , Brooms , Trolleys Etc Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . , Pumping Water In All Overhead Water Tanks On Daily Basis . Maintaining Pumps In Running Conditions All Time ( 24X7 ) . Providing Assistance In Supervising Daily Activities , Gardening & Maintenance Of Plants , Saplings , Lawn Etc Available In Colony Including Krishna Vatika . This Job Also Includes Plantation Of New Saplings , Development Of New Area By Providing Lawn Etc . Watering Daily , Using Manure , Pesticides , Incesticides Atleast Once In A Month Etc . Register To Be Maintained And Signed By The Residents . All Tools Requried For Cleaning Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . Cleaning Dates To Be Painted By The Contractor On Individual Tanks . Total 15 Tanks Of 2Kl ( Monthly ) , Cleaning Of Underground Tanks With Necessary Chemicals Flushing It With Fresh Wate . All All Tools Requried For Cleaning Are To Be Provided By The Contractor . Cleaning Dates To Be Painted By The Contractor On Individual Tanks . Total 2 Tanks ( Monthly ) , Cleaning Of Septic Tanks With Suitable Device After Opening The Manhole Cover . The Job Includes Disposal Of Waste At Nominated Place Outside The Colony . Assistance Taken From Local Municipality If Any Shall Be On Contractors Account ( As And When Required )
