Conducting hydrographic and topographic survey at reservoir of Rangit Dam in both the river of Rangit and Rothang Chu for preparation of cross sectional area to find out the reservoir elevation-area-capacity as detailed in special conditions and technical specification of contract (Annexure-A). (The unit rate of survey must be inclusive of all such as mobilization and demobilization of survey equipments, survey vessel, skilled manpower and cost of travel, lodging and boarding, out of pocket expenses etc. complete but exclusive of GST).

Data deliverables consist of:-\n(a) Plan from Dam axis to tail end of reservoir showing the details of important features/structures/ cross-section lines, locations of survey pillars, transect and transect number etc. complete in colored hard copies of 04 set in A0-size or bigger size (Scale 1: 2000 or better – must be readable) along with soft copy - pdf., doc., xls., format of report in CD/DVDROM/e-mail). Project deliverables and timeline is detailed in Special Conditions and Technical specification of Contract (Annexure-A).\n(b) Cross section of reservoir area showing co-ordinates, MSL, WL in the datum line and water level with date of survey etc. complete in colored hard copies of 04 set with scale 1:200 or better ( Must be readable ) in A0 -size along with soft copy - pdf., doc., xls., format of report in CD/DVDROM/e-mail) . Project deliverables and timeline is detailed in Special Conditions and Technical specification of Contract (Annexure-A).\n
