improvement of foundation of pump / set no. 5 & 6 of 20 mgd at ring road sps- ( a ) 1 ) renovation of rcc foundation & ms base frame of 20 mgd pump set no . 5 & 6 with following works:- 1 ) disconnection of electric connection of motor from ocb & lrs & motor . , decoupled the pump & motor after removing the opening of nut . , dismantling the pump set from the ms base frame by cutting of rusted nut bolts by gas cutter & electric welding set , removing all the nut bolts & suction & delivery side by gas cutter & welding job also involve dismantle the suction & delivery side sluice valve , nrv , taper bend etc . and lifting the pump & motor on ground level . , p / fixing of ms blank flange for suction & delivery side from the sewage in dry sump . , removing of ms base frame from the rcc foundation after cutting the foundation bolt by cutting of gas cutter / welding set etc . and lifting by crane on ground level . , breaking of rcc foundation by pneumatic power hammer and electric compressor machine etc . , repairing of rcc foundation by 1:2:4 cement concrete with repairing of ms base frame by providing / fixing of ms plate work involved welding etc . as per site requirement . , p / fixing of foundation bolts 8 nos . for each pump as per sample with suitable size for proper fixing of base frame . , fitting of pump & motor on the ms base frame job including removing the blank flange & providing rubber sheet & assembly the pipe line with help of nut & bolt coupled the pump & motor with proper alignment painting of base frame . testing & commissioning the pump sets .
