Note:1 ) Material Test Certificate Is To Be Submitted Along With Supply . 2 ) Plate Sample Shall Be Cut In Presence Of Rcf Engineer For IndependentMoc Testing . 3 ) Rcf Engineer Shall Visit The Works During Fabrication Work . 4 ) All Welding Should Be Done By Tig Welding Process Only . 5 ) Minimum Welding Runs - 3Nos . Per Joint6 ) Dp Test Is To Be Carried Out After Every Run . 7 ) Duct To Be Supplied In A Length Of 6Mt . Each . 8 ) Each Duct Shall Have Minimum Segment Length ( Between Two RadialWelding Joints ) Of 1 . 25 Mtr With One Longitudianl Joint Only . , Elbow , Erw , Od - 1250Mm , Thick-5Mm , 90Deg , 5Mitre , Long Radius , Moc:Astm A 240 Tp- 304 .
