Complete . Provisioning Of 2 Pri Lines Or Cloud Telephony Application Which Has The Facility To Record And Forward The Calls To Multiple Operators Etc Complete As Directed By The Engineer In Charge . All The Infrastructure , Seating Space For Operators Etc Will Be The Responsibility Of The Agency Updation Of The Nmc Helpline Software . As Per The Detail Scope Of The Work . The Rate Quoted Will Include All TheFunctionalities As Per The Detail Scope Of Work Mentioned In The Tender Along With Collection Of Required Data To Update The Software And Carry Out The Necessary Data Entry In English And Marathi With Unicode So As To Update The Information Of The Helpline Software Etc Complete . Along With Validation Of The Data To Be Used In The Helpline Till The End Of The Contract Period . . Appointment Of Skilled Operators In Two Shifts . The Rates Quoted Includes The Appointment Of Minimum Of 6 Qualified And Experience Operators In 2 Shifts ( I . E . Min . 3 Operators In 1St Shift And Min . 3 Operators In 2Nd Shift ) For 1 Year As Per The Schedule Given In Detail Scope Of Work And As Directed By The Officer In Charge . The Operators Will Be Responsible To Receive The Calls Of The Citizens And Answer The Queries Of The Citizen And Maintain The Record Of The Calls Received And Answered As Per The Mis Reports Designed And Approved By The Officer In Charge Note : Quarterly Payments ( I . E . After Every 3 Months ) Will Be Made . 12MonthsPerMonth
