AGARTALA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION. in order to comply with the Solid Waste (Management and handling) Rules, 2016 enacted by the Ministry Of Environment, Forests and Climate Change is willing to implement scientific management of MSW generated in various market places of Agartala, which is approximately 100 Metric Tons (aprox) per day for a period of 2 years extendable to a max of 5 years upon mutual consent
