    Tender Details

    Tender For Erection Of 220 Volt 200 Ah Battery Set For 2” Do Source At 132 Kv S/S Dhilwan. The Work Includes Unpacking Of Material (Including Battery Charger, Dcdb, 200 Ah 220 Volt Battery Set, Stand, Electrolyte Cans Etc) And Shifting Of Material Inside Battery Room. Then Assembly Of Battery Stand, Mounting Of All The 110 No. Battery Cells On The Stnd (Ensure Placing Insulators Below The Cells), Pouring Of Electrolyte Into All The Battery Cells And Then Making Connections Of The Cells. The Work Also Includes Laying Of Ac, Dc Cables From Battery To Battery Charger And Dcdb And Dcdb To Different Panels Installed In The Control Room, Completing 03 No. Charging-Discharging Cycles, Then Complete The Work By Commissioning Of The Battery Set. The Work Also Includes Earthing Of Dcdb And Battery Charger With Ms Flat. The Material Required For The Work Will Be Supplied By The Department.
