    Tender Details

    Supply of API 6D, Gate valve for Natural Gas (Sweet) service, Full bore Through conduit, API Monogrammed, Rising stem, Bolted Bonnet, Outside & yoke, Integrally cast flexible wedge gate, fire safe to API 6FA, Cast Steel,Pressure Balanced type, hyper seal, Handle wheel manually operated and Body & Bonnet = Carbon steel as per ASTM A-216 Gr. WCB. body and bonnet of Radiographic quality casting 2 nos. valves from each line item will be radiographer as per ASME 16.34. B) Stem & Back Seat: Stem shall be of AISI 410/182 Gr. F6A. The TEE-HEAD of the stem is forged. The stem will be of Double Start Threading with Mirror Finish Quality. C) Wedge: Wedge will be of self adjusting, Flexible Wedge Design. The disc is of WCB with 13 % Cr. Steel. . D) Body & Seat Ring : Seat Rings will be stellited and seat welded to the body. The base material of the seat ring will be ASTM A 105. E) Gland Packing : Graphite with Braided End Rings. F) Gland Bolts : Swing type eye bolt and nuts. G) Hand Wheel : Direct hand wheel operated valve of sproke and rim design with arrow mark pointing in the direction of opening the valve. H) End connection = ANSI B16.5 Raised face (RF), Serrated-Concentric Flanged. I) Companion Flanges = ANSI B16.5 Raised face (RF),Serrated-Concentric, API Line Pipe threaded. J) Stud Bolts and Nuts: High tension stud bolts and nuts confirming to A-193 Gr. B7 and A-194 Gr.2H . Fire Test = API 6FA Inspection & Testing= API 6D Each valve should be supplied with a pair of Forged Companion Flanges Screwed to API 5B with requisite nos. of Studs & Nuts.
