Tender For UV WEB OFFSET PROCESS MULTI COLOUR INKS.ITEM LIST :- (1) UV Web offset Process Colour Yellow Ink (One unit is equal to one kg of Yellow ink). 1) UV inkshould be compatible to use with Rotatek perfect NT high speed web offset printing machine having capacity torun at maximum mechanical speed of 300 meters per minute (28000 impressions per hour.) 2) UV ink should besuitable to use with substrates of coated and uncoated papers upto 130 gsm. 3) UV ink should be compatible todry / cure at the speed of 300 meters per minute with GEW UV system lamps of E2C 55 cm in 9 numbers ofeach 8 KW lamps (each lamp of Maximum 160W/cm for 48.3 CM paper width) installed one lamp each afterevery offset printing unit. 4) Shelf life of the ink must be 12 months from the date of manufacture and supplied inkshould have minimum 6 months shelf life to expire from the date of receipt. 5) UV ink should be compatible to usewith EPDM rollers. 6) The UV ink should have a least odour only.
