    To operate & maintain the existing 2x110 MW units (Design, engineering, manufacture, shop fabrication, assembly, testing and inspection at manufacturer’s works, packing, dispatch, Port handling & port clearance, Customs clearance & reconciliation with the Customs wherever applicable, inland transportation and transit insurance, forwarding to site, unloading, handling, storage at site, comprehensive insurance for storage-cum-erection and in plant transportation at site, fabrication at site, installation (including all associated civil, structural , architectural ,electrical and allied works), completion of facilities, performance guarantee testing of all equipment and systems and handing over to the Employer of Coal Handling Plant and furnishing of spares)
