    Tender Details

    The Scope Of Supply Shall Be Valid For A Period Up To 31St December 2022 On Cif / Hss Basis. The Cif / Hss Price To Vary Based On Methodologies Provided In Exhibit 5 Of Itb Which Has To Be Indicated By The Bidder In Price Bid For Supply Of 3.0 Mmtpa + / -25% Of Steam Coal Having Gross Calorific Value Of Range 5500 Kcal / Kg To 6250 Kcal / Kg On As Received Basis With Sulphur Content Upto 0.8 % ( Max ) On As Received Basis, Ash Content Up To 12% On As Received Basis And Moisture Content Up To 20.0% On As Received Basis, With Quantity Of Coal To Be Supplied By Seller To Upcl Pro-Rated For The First And Last Operating Year. General Terms And Conditions Of The Supply Contract Are Included In The Bidding Document ( See Draft Coal Supply Agreement ) . The Total Requirement Of Upcl Is Around 3.00 Mmtpa However Bidders Can Make Offer For Any Quantity In Multiple Of 0.5 Mmtpa I.E. 1 Mmtpa Or 1.5 Mmtpa Or 2.0 Mmtpa Or 2.5 Mmtpa Or 3.0 Mmtpa Of Coal. Minimum Quantity Of 1.0 Mmtpa Should Be From Single Source. However Upcl Reserve Right To Award Contract For A Quantity Lower Than The Quantity Offered By The Bidder In A Multiple Of 0.5 Mmtpa On The Same Terms And Conditions.=> Open
