( Including Transporting Of New Materials From Stores To Site And Scraps From Site To Stores ) . 5 As Per Spec Fixing Up Straight Edge After Finding The Low Point Of Sector Plate Adjusting The Radial Seals To Correct Clearance, Clamping The Seals In Both Hot End And Cold End Of Aph. 6 As Per Spec Fixing Up Straight Edge After Finding The Low Point Of Axial Seal Plate, Adjusting The Axial Seals To Correct Clearance, Clamping The Seals Properly In Both Hot End And Cold End Of Aph 7 As Per Spec Removal Of Damaged / Eroded L Bars, Refixing New / Old L Bar And Adjusting To Correct Radius And Clamping Properly. 8 As Per Spec Replacing Of Rotor Post Seal At Hot End Cutting Of Sealing Ring Segments, Cutting Of Tracking Rod Stuffing Boxes, Kawool Packing, Patch Up Sealing Ring Segments, Leak Arresting Works Around The Guide Bearing Area Fixing Of Rotor Post Seals And Rectification Works On The Eroded Portions Of Spool Seal Assembly. 9 As Per Spec Overhaul Of Aph Soot Blower Mechanism Including Inspection, Changing The Bearings If Required And Lubrication Etc., ( Bearing Supplied By Tangedco ) 10 As Per Spec Removal Of Worn Out Radial Seal In Both Cold End And Hot End And Re Fixing With New Ht Bolts & Nuts And Positioning
