Tender For Up Gradation/ Augmentation Of Equipment Of Center No 08 Systems Department:-9. Upgradation of foundations for the chemical tanks with 6 inch hard standing and installation of the tanks on the new foundations. Qty- 13 tank foundations. Size - iaw individual tank sizes 10. Upgradation of the existing walkway between and all around the chemical storage tanks (including fabrication where required for the new tanks) with a walkway of height 2.5ft and width 3ft Material # MS plating. The walkway shall be equipped with a protec 11. Fabrication and installation of a safety splash guard screen made of aluminum and acrylic sheets on both sides of the chemical storage tanks. The guard screen shall be 99ft long x 10ft high. The screen should have a provision for ready dismantling to fac 12. Upgradation of existing stowage arrangements in the boiler room and adjacent store by provision of multi-level racks for storage of 220 ltr drums of POLs/ chemicals 13. The holding areas, the access to chemical storage tanks and the hydro-jetting area shall all be bounded by industrial-grade plastic strip curtains to prevent spray of water into/ out of these areas. These strip curtains shall be 10ft high in the shop floor 14. Upgradation of the hydro-jetting facility by four high pressure pumps. The Pressure testing rig shall be relocated along with the pipe bending machine within the centre iaw the work flow process 15. Two areas are to be demarcated as holding bays using plastic strip curtains as outlined in Ser 14 16. A dedicated space is to be demarcated with PVC welding screens capable of filtering UV light.
