The Surface Of Wall Or Ceiling To Be Painted Shall Be Prepared To The Satisfaction Of The Architect, And Shall Be Applied With Two Coats Of Primer, Two Coats Of Putty And Touch Up Putty If Required To Achieve Smooth Finish.
