Including Applying Paint Primer With 2 Coats Of Approved Synthetic Enamel Paint Over A Coat Of Antirust Primer. Before Painting, The Surface Is To Be Cleaned By Scrapping Old Paint And Cleaning With Sand Paper Etc. Hand Paint Shall Be Allowed Only In Cases Where Spray Paint Is Not Possible, Painting Of Pipeline/Structure-Surface Preparation As Per Recommendations Of The Manufacturer Or Instructions Of Hpcl Officer, Application Of Two Coat Of Zinc Phosphate Primer And Two Coats Of First Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint Of The Shade Approved By Hpcl Officer Etc All Complete. Paint Shall Be Of Approved Make Only. Only First Quality Paints Shall Be Used Etc..
