Tender For Miscellaneous Mechanical Jobs Sor At Hpcl Vjtl.- Supplying, Erecting And Fixing In Position Pre- Fabricated Steel Structures At All Elevations For Canopy Using Structural Steel Sections Ismb/Ismc/Isa Conforming To Is:2062, Including Cutting, Welding Or Bolting, Supply Of Bolts/Nuts/Washers Etc., Complete As Per Drawings Including Surface Preparation And Applying One Coat Of Zinc Phosphate Primer Before Erection, One Coat After Erection And Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint As Per Specification After Erection And All Materials And Labour Complete. (No Welding Is Permitted At Site). The Rate Quoted Shall Include Cost Of Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Welding And Electrodes And Any Other Consumables Required For Completing The Work. Nut Bolts Shall Not Be Considered For Payment. Theoretical Weight Of Steel Sections Shall Be Considered For Payment. The Quantity Shall Be Used For Fabrication Of A Sealing Cum Tt Inspection Bay. Final Drawing Per Measurement At Site Shall Be Confirmed By Lic. Stability Certificate And Final Drawing To Be Submission Shall Be In Scope Of Vendor, Erection And Fabrication Of New Structure From Old And Used Structural Steel. Structure To Dismantled From Old Structure, Re-Fabricate And Erect, Manual Cleaning And Painting(Primer And Finish) To Be Done. All Tools-Tackles, Consumables To Be Arranged By Vendor. If New Structure Material Is Required To Do The Required Job, That To Be Paid Extra., Erection And Fabrication Of New Structure From Old And Used Structural Steel. Structure To Dismantled From Old Structure, Re-Fabricate And Erect, Manual Cleaning And Painting(Primer And Finish) To Be Done. All Tools-Tackles, Consumables To Be Arranged By Vendor. If New Structure Material Is Required To Do The Required Job, That To Be Paid Extra, Repair/Installation Of Grating On Tank/Approach To Tank Valves/Pump House Gratings Etc With Material Supply To Be Repaired And Erected Etc
