    Tender For Enquiry For Providing Upkeeping Services At Dehradun Regional Office At Dehradun Regional Office - Maintenance Of Office-Scope Of Job: Cleaning Of The Office Premise Daily From Inside And Outside, Thorougly By Sweeping Followed By Mopping/Wiping Of Floors With Phyneol Everyday. Washing Of Toilets Blocks Atleast 3 Times A Day. Cleaning The Water Closets, Urinals And Wash Basins With Harpic Daily. Refilling Of The Liquid Soap In The Soap Dispensers On Daily Basis. Changing Of Hand Towels On Daily Basis Or As And When Required During The Day. (Note: Hand Towels Shall Be Provided By Hpcl) Dusting Tables/Chairs/Filing Cabinets, Computers, Telephones Etc Daily. Daily Cleaning Of Cabins/ Windows Glasses With Proper Cleaning Agents. Polishing Of All Name Plates And Other Brass Articles With Polishing Agents At Least Once In A Week. All Cleaning Accessories Like Brooms/ Mops, Harpic/ Vim/Acid, Buckets, Polishes Liquid Soap For Toilets Will Be Provided By The Corporation With Clean Hand Towels Which Are To Be Replaced With One Clean Ones Daily Twice A Day. Hand Towels Will Be Provided By The Corporation On Need Basis But Contractor Will Have Them Washed Daily Etc..
