    Supply Of Ceramic Ferrule And Ceramic Fibre Paper : - 1.01 Ferrule, Ceramic, 88 X 230Mm ( As Per The Attached Drawing ) Ferrules Should Be As Per The Drawing Only ( With Collar Only As Specified In Attachment ) . Chemical Composition:Al203 Minimum 95% 1.02 Ceramic Fibre Paper, 1Mm Thick, 1600 Deg. Celsius. 1.03 Ferrule, Ceramic, 55 X 205Mm ( As Per The Attached Drawing ) . Size Of The Ferrule Is 55 Od X 38 Id X 205L Of Which The Temperature Will Resists Up To 1540 Deg Celsius And The Alumina Percentage Should Be >96%. The Maximum Design Temperature Is 1540 Deg Celsius And The Normal Operating Temperature Is 750 Deg Celsius. Ferrules Should Be As Per The Drawing Only. Chemical Properties: Al2o3= 96% Mini. Fe2o3= 0.1% Max. Sio2= 0.1% Max. Dimensional Tolerance: Outer Dia: +0.00Mm. / -0.10Mm. Length: ( + / - ) 1.00Mm. Wall Thickness: ( + / - ) 0.10Mm All The Remaining Details / Dimentions Are Mentioned In The Drawing.
