    Tender For Enabling Of Heavy Plate Processing Facility In Npm.- 1Proper Placement Of Heavy Plate(51Mm To 100Mm) On Flame Cutting Machine Bed By Use Of Eot Crane. 2. Cutting And Finishing Of Plates To Required Size With A Tolerance Of Length=(-0/ +35 Mm) And Width=(-0/ +10Mm) By Use Of Installed Online Flame Cutting Machine Of Rsp. 3. The Job Requires Proper Marking & Square Cut Of Plates Within Specified Tolerance, Cut To Smooth Straight Edges Without Burr. Plates To Be Cut On Two/Four Sides To Finish To Required Size. 4. Scales To Be Removed From The Surface Of The Plate. The Job Will Include Connections, Disconnections Etc. Of Gas Tapping & Cutting 5. The Scrap Shall Be Cut To Size And Shall Be Collected Into Scrap Box By The Party As Per The Instructions Of The Deptt. Representative. 6. Deburring, Chipping, Grinding Of The Edges And Scrap Cutting To Be Done As Per The Requirement By Contractor Before Lfiting Of Plates. 7. Transfer & Stacking Of Finished Plates By Use Of Eot Crane. 8. Operation Of Plate Turn Over Device As & When Required. 9. Loading Of Finished Plate On The Plate Transfer Car By Use Of Eot Crane. 10. Manual Cleaning Of Generated Scrap & Overall Housekeeping Of The Area.
