The Scope The Job Includes But Not Limited To The Following: Receiving Owner Supplied Materials, Including Handling, Hauling/Loading, Transportation To Work Site, Unloading And Stringing.Cutting, Bevelling, Grinding, Edge Preparation (Including Any Additional Cutting, Bevelling, Grinding Required For Perfect Fit Up, Between The Edges Of The Pipes, Bends Etc), Aligning, Fit-Up, Welding Of Pipes As Per Approved Technical Specifications.Root Run Shall Be With E-6010 Electrode And Intermediate And Finished Welding Shall Be With E-7018 Electrodes Of Esab Or Approved Equivalent.The Job Also Includes Fabrication Of Any Bends, Tees Eccentric Or Concentric Reducers Other Than The Ones Supplied By Hpcl Or In The Scope Of The Contractor.Note:All Pipelines, Flanges, Valves, Bends, Tees, And Other Applicable Will Be Supplied By Hpcl.If Leakage Through The Pipe Seam Joint Is Observed, Contractor Shall Remove Etc
