Tender For Housekeeping At Bangalore Office - Providing Housekeeping Services At Mhmslpl Bangalore Office.The Rates Should Include-1. Provision Of One Person (Full Time) For Cleaning Works Of Office & Cleaning Of Pantry And Utensils, One Person (Part Time) For Bathroom Cleaning At The Premises Apart From Personnels Required For Carrying Out The Activities Defined In Scope Of Work And Stc, If The Personal Are Rquired To Stay Beyond Office Hours The Same Would Be On The Account Of The Contractor And No Additional Payment Would Be Paid To The Contractor. However Any Change In Minimum Wages Shall Be Paid To The Personal And The Same Shall Be Reimbursed By Hpcl Separately On Submission Of Proof Of Payment.2. Additional Manpower To Be Provided To Carry Out All Jobs Whenever Major Meetings Are Planned To Be Conducted In The Office 3. Cost Of The Materials Required For The Activities Covered Under The Scope Of Work And Stc And Detailed Below.4. Pest Control On Qaterly Basismaterials Procured By You Should Be Of Good Quality Make And To The Satisfaction Of The Company. The Quantum Of Such Materials Should Also Meet The Reasonable Requirement Of The Comapany And There Should Not Be Any Shortage Of Materials During Any Part Of The Month.
