Job Includes Supply Of All Tools, Tackles, Consumables, Manpower, Supervision, Ppe, Construction Safety, All As Per Direction Of Hpcl, Painting Of Hydrant Water Monitor, Surface Preparation By Removing Old Paint And Applying One Coat Of Red Oxide Primer Coat And Two Coats Of Fluorescent Yellow Or 2 Coats Of Fire Red Enamel As Per Oisd Is Standards Has To Be Painted As Will Be Directed By Hpcl Engineer-In-Charge. Rate To Include Supply And Application Of Paint. Painting To Be Carried Out Every Six Months. Also Old Numbers/Alphabets On The Body To Be Repainted On The Newly Painted Surface By A Skilled Painter Strictly. Paint Make Shall Be Any One Of The Following Make: Approved Make Paint. In Case Of Unavailability Of Any Particular Colour, Specific Approval To Be Taken From Officer-In-Charge For Using Another Company Paint. Scope Includes Supplying Of Paint, Manpower, Tools And Tackles Etc, Painting Of Concrete Pedestal: Primer-1 Coat, Syn Enamel-2 Coat: Surface Cleaning/Painting.1. Cleaning Of Surface With Wire Brush, Sand Paper To Remove Loose Dust/Old Paint.2. Providing And Applying (1 Coat) Exterior Primer Suitable For Synthetic Enamel Paint.3. Providing And Applying Synthetic Enamel Paint Of Approved Make And Colour (Min Two Coats).
