Tender For Certain Maintenance Of Br Items Under Age B R Ii At Itr Chandipur:-20 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface of walls finished even and smooth mixed with integral water proofing compound (IWPC Measured and paid seperately) as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Supply only intergral water proofing compound (liquid admixture)(Makes : M/s Sika Indial Pvt Ltd/ M/s Maruti Bitumen Pvt Ltd/ M/s Choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd) 22 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete. 23 M&L for 10mm thick in CM 1:3 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilings 24 M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified. 25 M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distempers over a coat of as kali resistant priming point complete. 26 Complete removal of existing treatment from walls including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of external emulsio over a coat of primer including wall care putty complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge 27 M&L Pre-painted galvalume alu zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including wind ties complete. 28 Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as directed. 29 Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store 30 S&F GI pipe medium grade 15 mm dia bore fixed to walls with necessary fittings complete.
