    Tender For Fbc Boiler Light Up Activities In Cpp-1 - 1.Wind Box Covers To Be Opened. 2.All The Bed Materials/Clinkers To Be Drained After Opening D.P. Plates. 3.S.A. Nozzles To Be Cleaned Properly. Damage S.A. Nozzles To Be Replaced (Maximum: 30 Nos.) 4.Bed Coil Clamps To Be Cleaned Properly And D.P. Plates To Be Fitted Back With Sealing Compound. 5.Wind Box Covers To Be Fitted Back. 6.Leakages Of D.P. Plates And Wind Box Covers To Be Checked With Fans In Operation. 7.Approximately 24 Tonne Bed Material To Be Filled After Shifting To Site. Transport Facility (Truck/Tipper) For Shifting Shall Be Provided By Department. Bed Material Levelling To Be Done Along The Cross Section Of Bed. C.T. Lines To Be Cleaned And Coal Caps To Be Repaired If Any. 8.M.G. Line From Isolating Valve To Boiler Inside (At Light Up Platform) To Be Cleaned. Isolating Valve Operation To Be Checked. Any Gas Leakage To Be Arrested. 9.Old Bed Materials To Be Salvaged And Properly Stored. 10.C.T. Line Drain Gates To Be Made Free. Broken Stoppers To Be Welded. Leakages Of Ct Lines, Nozzle Box And Coal Discharge Lines From Feeder To Nozzle Box To Be Checked And Jamming To Be Cleared. 11.All The Drained Bed Materials / Coal At Various Levels To Be Cleared Off And Shifted As Per The Directive Of Executing Officer. Etc
