Tender For Service Order For Carrying Out Turn Around Planning And Execution Assistance Jobs - To Provide Support Services For Tpd Planning Long Description: Job Scope Includes Following -1. To Compile Scope Of Work Received From Various Departments Like Maintenance, Fire & Safety, Technical, Operations Etc. In The Format Given By Hpcl Supervisor.2. Preperation Of Database Of Material / Services Required From Job List Compiled And Updation On Day To Day Basis.3. To Coordinate For Proper Segregation / Identification Of Materials At Ta Yard Location / Warehouse Including Proper Marking Of Materials Required For Ta Activities.4. Preparation Of Stock Items Data Base, Mis Reports Etc. Assisting In Physical Material Identification From Various Warehouse Locations. Receiving Of Materials And Maintaining Database For The Same.5. Proper Record Keeping Of Ta Planning Documents, Maintain Excel Sheets, Preparing Letters Using Msword, Taking Xerox Copies, Scanning Of Documents, Gate Pass Related Jobs, And Any Other Planning/ Execution Job As Instructed By Hpcl Supervisor.6. Ta Planning Activities On Day To Day Basis As Per The Above Mentioned Job Scope By Deploying Two Office Assistants (One Graduate Having Computer / Field Knowledge And One Un-Skilled Person). Graduates Shall Satisfy Min Qualification As Specified In Tender. 7. Operation Of This Item Shall Be Purely On Need Basis. The Number And Period Of Deployment May Vary And Reployment Shall Be Made Basis Periodic Review/ Advice Of Hpcl.8. Agencys Shall Provide Services On All Working Days Of The Month I.E., Monday To Saturday (8:15 Am To 4:45 Pm) Excluding Refinery Declared Holidays / Sundays. In Case Of Any Absence Of Services In Working Days Or Any Partial Deployment, Payment Shall Be Deducted From Monthly Ra Bill For That Particular Day Considering Respective Overtime Rate For 8 Hours For Absent Manpower On Pro Rata Basis.9 Etc..
