Should Be Insulated To Reduce Heat Loss. Overflow Outlet To Maintain Level Of Water And Control The Foam. Water Drain Valve Below The Tank To Drain Water After Processing. Should Have Provision For Height Adjustment. D. Overhead Online Defeather: Automated Online Defeathering By Rotating Discs With Rubber Fingers After Scalding. Should Have Provision For Height Adjustment. F. Bird Carcass Washer ( Pre-Cooler ) : Completely Ss 304 Construction. Designed To Wash Birds With Pressurized Water And Reduce Carcass Temperature. Should Have 2-4 Jet Spray Nozzles For Efficient Washing. Provided With Water Inlet And Drainage Connection. G. Automated Leg / Hock Cutter On The Conveyorised System: For Hock Cutting On The Conveyer. Suitable Cutting Blade With Motor And Jig Should Have Provision For Blade Height Adjustments.
