It Must Also Have Pid Controller Along With Substrate Rotation Facility. • Magnetron Sputter Source With Pneumatic Shutter ( For 2″Dia Target ) ( Three Targets ) • Motorised Gate Valve With Position Indicator For Throttling ( Size: Cf100 ) Necessary Accessories • Water Manifold And Flow Switch Interlock And Other Accessories As Necessary • Dc Supply For Sputtering Of Power 1 Kw From A Reputed Manufacturer With Appropriate Current And Voltage Ranges For Sputtering • Digital Mfc ( At Least Two In Quantity ) With Flow Rates Between 0-100 Sccm, Must Be From A Reputed Vendor • Necessary Electronic Accessories • Frame To Mount The System The Quotations Must Include The Shipping, Installation And Integration.
