    Tender Details

    Tender For Microfilter Installation At Hazira Lpg Plant -Contractor Scope Includes Supply Fabrication, Erection And Welding Of The Slotted Still/Gauge Well Pipes 400 Millimetre Conforming To Astm A 106 Gr.B. Smls Pipe With Holes Drilled As Per Drawing. Rate To Include Supply Fabrication And Welding Of The Pipe, Supply Of Bolting Flanges Conforming To Astm A 105 Class 150, Supplying And Fixing Of All Spiral Wound Metallic Gaskets, Stud Bolts And Nuts And Fabrication And Connecting The Still/Gauge Well Pipes With Contractor Supplied Gauge Hatches, Spark Proof Type -1 And Cover With Mounting Flange Complete Along With Welding Of 600 X 600 X 8 Millimetre Datum Plate As Per Specifications. Necessary Structural Supports Shall Be Paid Vide Respective Item .Supply Of Gauge Hatch With Flange Is Covered Separately. The Weld Joints On The Still/Gauge Well Pipes Shall Be 100% Radiographed.Plate For Datum Plate Will Be Supplied By Hpcl. All Structural Materials Supplied By Contractor For Datum Plate Will Be Measured Under Respective Item For Supply Of Structurals By Contractor. Length Of Seamless Pipe Will Be Max. 17.5 Metre For Each Gauge Pole. Rate To Include Supply Of All Items Including 16 Inch Pipe, 8 Inch Pipe And 3 Inch Pipe, Flanges (1 No Sorf 400 Millimetre , 1 No. Sorf 200 Millimetre , 1 No. Sorf 80 Millimetre ). Rate To Also Include Supply, Fabrication Of Top End Blind Flange (400 Nb) To House Three Pipe Pieces Namely 200 Millimetre Nb, 80 Millimetre Nb With Flanges. Rate To Include Supply, Fabrication And Erection Of All Items Required To Complete Still Well Type-1. Only Structural Items Like Supports At Bottom And Top Shall Be Paid Vide Item Inch Structural Steelinch . Approximate Length Of Each Pipe To Be Supplied Shall Be 15M.
