    Tender For The Repair Of Cylinders By Hydraulic Bending Of Cylinders At Kochi Lpg Plantkochi Lpg Plant Is Having 2 Carousels, Double Shift Operation. These Cylinders Are To Be Segregated For Quality Before Filling And Dispatching From The Plant In Order To Ensure That Quality Cylinders Are Only Supplied To Market. During The Segregation It Was Found That Many Of The Cylinders Have Slight Bends On The Foot Ring And Vp Ring And Thus Can’T Be Dispatched To The Market. Further, Cylinders With Damaged Foot Ring Disrupt The Filling Process As They Fall Down While Introduction And Disrupt The Filling Operations. Accordingly We Have Decided To Segregate These Cylinders Before Filling. We Have Contacted Some Vendors Who Are Willing To Provide The Service For Segregation And Repair Of These Cylinders. Work Includes The Segregation And Repairing Of Cylinders Using Hydraulic Machine And Stacking Back To The Filling Shed.
