    Tender Details

    Tender For Compressed Air/Petrol Heating machine for preheating Alumino-Thermit Welding. Note: Theequipment should be supplied with engine of Honda make GK200 model with 2.2 KW power at 3600 RPM orequivalent engine. The equipment should heat the rail at a preheating time of 4 minutes and 30 seconds for 60kg90UTS rails and 4 minutes for 52kg 90UTS rails. The equipment should be supplied with torch, torch stand andhose pipe mounted on trolley itself. Mixing of petrol and Air mixture to be automatically controlled by theequipment. No valves for manual setting of petrol and air mixture to be provided. All petrol pipe and air pipe shouldbe ISI marked on each meter. Pressure gauge must be Oil bath type. Open and close valve should be made ofmetal. Technical specification: Maximum Air pressure : 0.5 Bar, Air discharge : 70 m3/hr, Petrol tank capacity :10Liter, Operating pressure for preheating : 0.15 to 0.2 bar, Maximum weight :113kg. Extra Spare parts to besupplied with each equipment: Pressure pipe-2 set and Pressure gauge- 01No. Operating Manual of equipment tobe supplied along with each equipment.SSE/PW/KP OF NGP DIV Maharashtra 10.00 Set
