Tender For Pipeline Insulation Jobs-Jetty-100 MM THK INSULATIONPIPELINE-Providing thermal insulation including supply of all insulating and ancillary materials, whether protective covering, manpower, tools, tackles, supervision, consumables etc., testing of material as required including transportation of material to work site, applying insulation on surfaces as specified including all preparatory work there on, binding, tying, lacing, stiching and/or securing, finishing with sheet cladding as per specification, providing bolts, rivets, self tapping screws wherever specified, providing inspection windows, end seals for flanges etc. Complete specification shall be as per IS-14164: 1994 Insulation Material: Resin Bonded Mineral Wool as per STD IS-8183, Group 3.Density of wool: 140 KG / CUM Thickness : 100 mmMethod of application :- Apply 2 coats of heat resistant AL Silicon paint on the cleaned surface. DFT of each coat has to be 20 microns and total DFT shall not be less than 40 microns. Before the application of the paint, vendor has to clean the surface thoroughly and get certified from HPCL/HPCL appointed inspection agency.- Apply resin bonded mineral wool mattress to be packed on outside with 24G * 3/4 * GI hexagonal wire netting.- Fill in loose wool to make even surface and the mattress in position with 24G GI binding wire.- Protect the insulation with aluminium sheet metal cladding 22G with min 2 overlap at both ends.- Water proof the joints using salicoat / Tar felt.- Vendor has to offer for the stage wise inspection to HPCL/HPCL appointed inspection agency. All the required test certifications in original to be submitted by the vendor before using same at the site.- Vendor to submit the gate entry challan, test certificates & related documents along with the bills for paymen.
