    Tender Details

    3 Tightness checking the control wiring MONTHLY MAINTENANCE: Tightness checking the control wiring in the following areas 3.3kv OCA, Motorized Actuators of ACW(UI), CWPH(UI), Debris & COLTCS, A.C Plant PLC Panels, Field equipment related to all Systems are continuously in service & the area is also dust bronze, so it is very essential to do periodic maintenance. Monthly maintenance cover 70 panels in one month requires 2 shifts1 operation. Hence for 6 Months;6x70 panels = 420 panels: (Rate/operation for 1 panel = (2x1317.80)/70=37.651 (i.e. 420x37.651=15813.42) 4 Trouble shooting and replacement of cards BREAKDOWN WORKS Trouble shooting and replacement of cards in Actuators & Relays, Panel meters, auxiliary panels for the below mentioned areas as instructed by maintenance engineer in charge. Area: 230KV & 400KV Switchyard, UPS in Switchyard, 3.3KV OCA, Switchgears & Actuators in ACW(UI), CWPH (UI) Debris & COLTCS, A.C. plant PLC panels. 5 Charges for handling of vital testing Kit MRT LAB Charges for handling of vital testing Kit and transport the testing kit with other accessories to various locations of the power plant. Assist in testing & troubleshooting of Relays, C.Ts, P.Ts, Transducers, L.T & H.T Motors OLRs Electronic cards of Epac of motorized Actuators. In addition to assisting in connection of the special testing equipments like High Voltage Test Kit, Tan ä test kit, Thermal imaging Camera etc., 6 Consumables Consumables (Including Consumables i.e Cotton/Baniyan waste, Cleaning Brush, Polyethylene Covers necessary tools & Hot air Blowers.
