    Supply of item- pandal (water proof) or doom shaped iron hanger. , stall fabrication (ply & iron) , furniture and furnishing for each stall which includes two chairs, two tables covered with fine cloth, complete flooring / carpeting of stall area, separate podium / stage duly covered with decorative canopy , dais public address system , refreshment tea for general and high tea for vips (40) at the time of inaugural ceremony of the exhibition. front stall facia preparation of flex facia indicating name of the exhibitor installed on wooden/ steel background support. cultural activities local folk music and dance session-at least 2 sessions , photography of the event shall be done by the successful bidder in a professional manner and an album of at least 50 colored photographs shall be given to the committee along with the cd/ soft copy of the same, adequate firefighting equipment , lodging and boarding facility for the exhibitors.
