    A. The Scope Of Work Is As Follows: 1. Weighment Of The Empty Road Tanker At Rtps And Ytps. 2. Loading Of Hfo Oil At Rtps Loading Station To Road Tankers. 3. Weighment Of Loaded Road Tanker At Both Rtps And Ytps. 4. Lock The Road Tanker With Proper Security Clearances At Rtps And Ytps. 5. Transportation Of Oil From Rtps Loading Station To Ytps Unloading Station. 6. Unloading At Ytps Unloading Station Etc., Complete As Directed By Engineer. 7. The Scope Is Not Limited To Above, But Any Other Necessary Work Required For Completion Of Work In Safe Manner Is Also To Be Carried Out. 8. The Quantity Of 10000Kl Hfo Is To Be Transported As And When Required Basis From Raichur Thermal Power Station ( Rtps ) To Yermarus Thermal Power Station ( Ytps ) From The Date Of Loa, Subject To Intimation From Rpcl. B. Details Of Work To Be Carried Out By The Tenderer In General Comprising Of The Following: 1. To Avoid Environmental Problem. 2. Providing Safety Security And Measures To Minimize Handling Loss During Loading At Rtps, Transportation From Rtps To Ytps. 3. The Tenderer Should Ensure That All Anti-Pollution Measures Are Strictly Implemented To The Entire Satisfaction Of The Pollution Control Board, Throughout The Currency Of The Contract At His Own Cost. 4. Monitoring The Movement Of Oil Tankers From Rtps To Ytps.
