    Tender Details

    The scope of this job covers the Reconditioning and Overhauling (OH) of BHEL make 700HP, Twin Power pack, B.G., Bo-Bo, Diesel Electric Locomotive No. 3 (excluding engines) of BTPS CHP including dismantling, replacement/repair/ of defective parts, reconditioning/ and overhauling of relevant components, re-assembling, testing (no load and load test in the presence of KPCL staff), trial run and finally to commission the locomotive in a complete manner. The Corporation shall only provide the main incoming power supply point, required materials/spares, consumables, major machineries and special Tools and Tackles. All other items required for the safe and efficient execution of the work including laying of cables and their termination / connections / marking / tagging, welding, brazing, gas cutting, assistance of Locomotive expert, etc., whether explicitly stated in the following pages or not, shall be arranged by the bidder.
