Fabrication And Supply Flat / Curved Sacrificial Anode Blocks For Exchangers As Per Dimensions And Drawing Provided Withthe Release Purchase Order (Rpo).2. The Anodes Are To Be Fabricated From Blanks Of Soft Iron Of Low Carbon, Commercially Pure Iron Compositionconfirming To Grade Astm A848 Or Astm A 811. Carbon Content Should Not Exceed 0.03% And Iron Shall Beminimum 99.1% While Phosphorus Shall Be In The Range Of 0.10- 0.18%.3. The Centre Insert Is To Be Made From Galvanized Ms Pipe.4. Material Test Certificates Conforming To Material Specs Are To Be Provided Along With The Supplied Material. Only Nabl Approved Labs Maintenance Will Be Acceptable.5. Basis Of Weight Calculation For Payment, Fabrication And Supply Zinc Sa, Etc.
