    Proposal for Online Tracking of CPCs for develop an IT solution (including a mobile application and a monitoring dashboard), which would help addressing set up an environment of functional child protection committee (CPC) at the panchayat and ward level - 1. Modules for Offline data collection: Villages are remotely located and might not have Internet facility. Application developed should capture data even in areas that does not have internet facility & sync data to the cloud storage when the tablet come to the place, which has Internet facility. The data collection module may include(a) Child Registration, (b) VLCPC Member Registration, (c) VLCPC Monthly Meeting report& (d) Child Tracking Registration. 2. Photos/ videos: The mobile application should be able to take the picture of the child while registration or minutes of the monthly meeting/ attendance in the form of pictures during the monthly meeting. 3. GPS Tracking: The application must provide us precise geo location even in the remotely located area, which does not have Internet facility. In the case of any eventuality, the response team may pin point households where vulnerable child is located in the village. 4. Unique Identifier & Tracking – The mobile application should enable monitoring of individual vulnerable child on the basis of any possible incidences of Child labour, Child molestation, Child migration, Child trafficking & Child marriage. The application may help them track them over time. 5. Vulnerability Dashboard –The vulnerability dashboard should have following features – • Geospatial as well as non- geospatial • Interactive • Dynamic • Searchable • Aggregate as well as disaggregate child information • Filter level visualization of various categories of vulnerability • Incident reporting
