Circulating the solution by using 1/2 HP motor for descaling the shells of condensing unit and cleaning the shell by using nylon brush 1.02 (b) Supply only rubber gasket for condensing unit 1.03 (c) Reassmbling the condensing unit with replacing old gasket with new gasket 1.04 Supply and filling refrigerant gas mafron R-22 in gas 1.05 Taking down existing rusted by cutting welding machine 2.00 Supply and replacing MS ERW Pipe of size 150mm Dia 3.00 Labour for cutting existing MS pipe by welding machine and fixing new pipe by welding machine as required 4.00 Disconnecton complete AHU by descrewing its nut, boldts, gasket etc, taking out all filter pad cleaning copper AHU, cooling coil inside and outside incl refixing in original postition by means of welding to ensure leakage proof system & reassembling 5.00 Supply only cleaning agent (maic solution) brushing, washing properly 6.00 Replacement of filter 7.00 Supply & fixing thermostate expansion valve kit 8.00 Supply & fixing V-Belt as per exiting for blower motor assembly 9.00 Repair/maintenacne/cleaning/overhauling of cooling tower of central AC plant, descaling inside base of complete tower using cleaning mud/agents, replacing of leakage in pipe line, replacement of sprinkular complete 10.00 M&L for replacemetn of PVC fills of size 600x300x150mm including taking down the existing the old PVC fills all as specified and as directed 11.00 Dismantling condenser pump of capcity 15 HP, opening motor, inpecting and taking out burnt copper coil, cleaning slots properly using zero no, sand paper, rewinding of satator assembly using existing size of copper sinding wire of superior quality, connection star/delta insulating with insulation paper, varnishing complete stator winding and drying up connection winding with moto
