    Supply Of Kit For Dye Penetrant Flaw Detection In Self Spray Aerosol Cans Conforming To Is 3658/1981 And Is 12889/1989 Consisting Of. 1 Cleaner Non- Aqueous Non Halogenated. 3 Dye Penetrant - Visible Dye Pink/ Red/ Orange Colour Solvent Removable. 3 Developer - Non Aqueous Wet Type. Note: 1 Ratio By Volume Between Penetrant, Cleaner And Developer Shall Be 1:2:4 2 One Kit Cleaner-2 Containers, Dye Penetrant - 1 Container And Developer - 4 Containers Of 500Ml Each. 3 Product Should Be Non-Toxic, Non-Corrosive And Chemically Non-Active To All Metals. 4 Should Contain Low Halide And Sulphate Contents. 5 Should Detect Surface Flaws Upto 1 Micron Width X 30 Micron Depth On Standard Ni - Cr Test Panel. 6 Products Shall Have Shelf Life Of 2 Years From The Date Of Manufacturer. 7 Firm Should Give Extra Guarantee Coverage For The Products Manufactured More Than Two Months Prior To Date Of Actual Supply. 8 Rate Shall Be Quoted Per Kit Only, Offers With Rates For Units Other Than Kit Will Be Summarily Be Rejected.
