    Supply Of Test Panel Emd Pt No 9339066 For The Testing Of Engine Protection Device Of 710 Series Emd Engine 1 Inspection By Rites [2] Tender Must Submit The Copies Of Latest Purchase Orders Obtained By Them For The Tendered Item From Other Rly/Production Units Other Govt. Deptt./Undertakings Along With Offer. [3] Warranty- 24 Months Form The Date Of Commissioning. [4] M And P Conditions Are Applicable As Per Ireps Wcr Annexure-B. [5] Payment Terms: 80 Percent Of The Payment Of Proof Of Inspection Certificate And Rail/Road Challan Duly Signed By The Gazetted Officer Of The Consignee As Proof Of Receipt Or Equipments In Good And Sound Condition And Balance 20 Percent Payment After Satisfactory Of Installation/Commissioning And Proving Test Of Mandp And Acceptance Of The Equipment By Consignee, Subject To Submission Of Bank Gurantee For An Amount Of 10 Percent Of Contract Value, As Warranty Security Valid For 6 Months Beyond Warranty Period. [6] Tender Cost: Documentary Evidence Regarding Exemption Shall Be Submitted As Per Tender Conditions. Offer Without Tender Cost/Emd Shall Be Summarily Rejected. [7] Firm Should Quote For Destination/ Free At Destination Price. Free Delivery By Road Direct To Consignee Will Be Perfected. [8] Firm Is Required To Submit Sd@5Percent Of Contract Value Prior To Release Of Formal Purchase Order Within A Week From Issue Of Advance Acceptance Letter. [9] Irs Conditions Of Contract With Latest Amendment Will Be Applicable And Other Terms And Conditions Shall Be As Per Ireps Reference. [10] Firm Must Carefully Examine The Contents Of Po In Case Of Any Discrepancy Noticed Shall Make A Representation Within 15 Days Of The Date Of Po . Any Representation Thereafter For Dp Re-Fixation Shall Be Summarily Rejected.
