Frp Of 03Mm Thickness To Be Reinforced All Around The Ms Tray. Material Specifications And Scope Of Work Are Mentioned Below.1 Iso-Phthelic Fr Grade Ployster Resin With E-Glass Chopped Strand Mat Along With Octate Cobalt And Mekp To Be Consumed 4 Layers Of Frp Lining Are To Be Fabricated.The Last Layer To Be Fabricated With Gel Coat Of Iso Resin With Based Pigment.Frp Of 3Mm Thickness To Be Reinforced All Around The Ms Tray Except Bottom Wheel.2 The Cleaning Of Ms Tray To Be Carried Out With Grinding M/C Or Sand Blasting To Be Executed Before Frp Lining.3 If Any Damages To The Tray, To Be Repaired.4 The Loading And Unloading Of The Tray From The Coaches To Be Done By The Workers Of Firm With The Guidance Of Railway Authority. Accepted Makes: Tt/ Scento Or Equivalent. Note: 1. Drawing Copy Is Enclosed 2. Sample Of Frp Lining Is To Be Got Approved From Consignee Before Supplying Full Quantity.3. Proof Of Purchase Is To Be Submitted At The Time Of Supply Of Material.4 Material Is To Be Delivered At Mcs/Rajahmundry By Road Only.
